Tia is a very sweet little girl who really wants someone to love her.  She loves petting and gentle attention and is very affectionate.  She was originally adopted in 2006 but landed in a city shelter when her adopter dumped her on the streets.  Thankfully, her microchip led her safely back to us!  Tia is "Miss Personality Plus" and just doesn't understand why she keeps getting shuffled around—all she wants is a forever home!  So why don't you drop by and discuss it with her.
