Tim was born in Kansas City, Mo.  He has been in veterinary medical care since 1999 and an integral part of the East Lake team for almost a year.  Tim was trained at the Dallas Art Institute and is an accomplished artist who works in any medium or subject matter.  His life-long love of pets started at an early age raising Toy Collies and Shelties.  Tim has lived in Dallas since 1994.
