Dr. Cassie Knapp is a Sugar Land native. She attended Baylor University for her undergraduate degree before heading to Texas A&M where she received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. After completing an internship in medicine and surgery at Carolina Veterinary Specialists in North Carolina, she moved to Dallas and joined East Lake.
Her veterinary interests include cardiology, internal and emergency medicine, as well as soft tissue surgery. When she's not at East Lake she adores being outdoors, camping, horseback riding, yoga, curling up with a good book and most recently, painting on canvas. She lives with Snappi, a high energy poodle and Monty, a lazy food-seeking cat.
