Alice Ekerdt , DVM

 

 

 

Dr. Ekerdt is originally from Austin, Texas. She grew up with cats, dogs, mice, gerbils, hamsters, rats, finches, parakeets, and a hedgehog.

She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University.
 
She is a member of the AVMA, American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior, and American Veterinary Dental Society.
Her special interests include: behavior, dentistry, feline medicine, avian and exotic medicine, surgery, and animal welfare.

Dr. Ekerdt has a full house now with two dogs, Holle and Guinness, and two cats, Tiki and Mango.  She enjoys decorating cakes, making mosaics, working out, and spending time with friends, family, and pets
