Charlene, our CSR team leader, has been with ELVH since 2005.  Charlene is a native Dallasite and her household includes Rosie (AKA" Princess Rose"), a 1 1/2 old mixed breed. According to Charlene, Rosie is "the cutest dog in the world and her BABY!"  In addition, her pet family includes Cassie, a 5 year old Beagle; Xorro, an 8 year old Chihuahua mix; Bugsy, a 2 year old French Lop rabbit,Kracker jack, a New Zealand white rabbit and Melangell "Mel" Brown, 13 week old Dutch rabbit from ELPO!  Wow-that IS a housefull!

Charlene enjoys making jewelry, scrapbooking, black and white photos and computer games when she is not at East Lake or teanding to her many pets.
