Dawn has been East Lake's groomer for almost 8 years now.  She was born in Flint, Michigan and eventually moved to Texas as a teen. Dawn and her husband, Charles, have been married 17 years and have two daughters, Brandy and Brittney.

The Byford's pets include four hourses-Kiawa, Dancer, Cindy and KC; and four dogs, Red, PoohBear, Hershey and Logan. Dawn's love for animals is evident in her gentle and professional grooming techniques. 
 

When she is not grooming, she spends her time horseback riding, shopping, sitting on her porch watching the sun set and spending quality time with her family.
