Dr. Brittney Barton joined the East Lake team in December, 2003. She is a certified veterinary acupuncturist and is a member of the American Veterinary Dental Society, the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management, the American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture, AVMA, TVMA & DCVMA. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Northeast Louisiana University and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Louisiana State University. |
Her special medical interests include : senior pet care, pain management, internal medicine, dentistry & complimentary therapies. Dr. Barton
resides in Dallas with her husband, Todd, and their children,
Alexis and Cohen. Her "furry" family member is
Robert, a feline East Lake Pet Orphanage adoptee. |
